DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

  1. Each sale is applicable on select products and may not be applicable on all products on the Site. 

  2. Discounts available on the Site may not be applicable to products available in store. For products available in store, sales staff shall advise accordingly. 

  3. There will be no exchange or return of products on sale or discount. 

  4. Discounts differ on individual products and will be considered for final invoicing irrespective of material used for promotional purposes. 

  5. Discount prices are only applicable on existing styles and not on custom-tailored products. No price adjustments will be made for the same products if purchased before or after the sale period. 

  6. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offer and must be redeemed by the published expiry date, if provided. 

  7. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down or marked-up. 

  8. Specific sale offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, or coupon code. 

  9. In case your order consists of products on sale or discount and full-priced merchandise, your coupon or discount code will only be applied to the specified product. 

  10. Discounts will not apply on custom-tailored and early delivery orders. 

  11. Any discount changes during or after the sale will not apply to future or previous purchases. 

  12. No alterations on sale pieces. 

  13. Dispatches are initiated once full payment is completed. 

  14. Any alterations requested by the customer are at the discretion of the ANEK team to undertake. 

  15. Any offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers cannot be clubbed with EOSS, unless specified by ANEK. 

  16. ANEK reserves the right to modify or terminate the EOSS at its sole discretion. 

  17. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi. 

  18. Orders once placed cannot be canceled or exchanged. 

  19. Please note: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfers and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway. 

  20. An end user may cancel an order only if an incorrect product is delivered. However, the ANEK team offers replacement or exchange of the correct style ordered at the difference in price, if applicable.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

We strive to provide the highest quality products. As per our policy, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged, and no refund will be issued.

 

 

SIZING

The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and style of each product. Some designs are created with a loose, relaxed fit, while others are more structured and fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the size best suited to you.

 

 

COLORS

While we make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact color. Computer monitors and electronic screens may vary, and colors may differ slightly from the actual product.

 

 

DELIVERY

Products will be delivered within 30–60 days, depending on the outfit ordered.

Deliveries may be affected if we do not receive the following information on time:

We aim to ensure timely delivery. To expedite the process, we work with third-party logistics partners. However, in case of delays caused by third parties, ANEK will not be held responsible.

 

 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping within India is free of charge and borne by ANEK. 

  • International shipping charges are additional and based on the weight, volume, and destination country. Charges will be shared upon inquiry. 

For alterations on garments shipped domestically or internationally, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, as we recommend at least one trial for best fit.

For international orders, the logistics company will contact you regarding applicable taxes and duties in your country. The customer is solely responsible for payment of these charges and clearance of goods.

 

 

SALE

ANEK may offer select products at promotional prices. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Advances received for sale outfits are non-refundable. Alteration or resizing will not be provided on sale items.

 

 

PRICES

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

DELIVERY POLICIES

ANEK uses third-party logistics providers for courier services. ANEK is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.

  • Shipping within India is borne by ANEK. 

  • International shipping charges are payable by the client. 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) services, ANEK bears part of the courier cost. The remaining COD charge will be added to the total order value and must be paid by the client.

 

 

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

ANEK dispatches outfits upon receipt of full payment.

If the client chooses store pickup, the outfit will remain at the ANEK store until the agreed delivery date.

If an outfit is returned undelivered or not collected, ANEK will attempt to reconnect with the client. If we are unable to establish contact, the outfit will be held for 6 months. After this period, in the absence of communication, the amount paid will be forfeited and the outfit will be discarded.

 

 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

  18. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Any accepted cancellation will be solely at the discretion of ANEK. Approved cancellations may result in a credit to the user’s original payment method. 

  19. A charge of 1.9% will apply to domestic transfers and 2.9% to international transfers toward payment gateway fees. 

  20. Orders may only be cancelled if an incorrect product is delivered. ANEK offers replacement or exchange of the correct style at the applicable price difference. 

  21. EOSS discounts apply only to available stock. New orders of the same style will be booked at MRP, and no discounts will apply.
